  Requested oil delivery on Friday and was told they could not deliver until Monday. We have been loyal customers for the last 2 years since moving to Middleton and have always had prompt and reliable service. On Sunday I saw a Savage fuel truck pass my house and called to enquire about possible delivery then. I received a return call from a rude individual and was told there were no trucks on the road. She ensured me Monday morning my fuel would be delivered. Monday at 1100, I again called and was told by the same rude individual that the truck that had my ticket had just left for Lawrencetown. My anticipated delivery time would be another 1 1/2 hours. I live less than 1 km from the depot. All would have been acceptable except for the rudeness of the employee answering the phone! She stated I should have called on Saturday if I had a problem. If I'm told no delivery was possible until Monday, why would I call on Saturday. Unfortunately business owners are not concerned about the lack of customer service their employees provide! A great shame!!
