As a past member of staff, I saw first-hand every day the hard work that goes into keeping this facility open, through the support from the community and volunteers. Doesn't have shiny new equipment like commercial gyms you may be familiar with, but has everything you might need and lots of functional alternatives. Very friendly place and great atmosphere!
